2024年12月国际学生公寓安全卫生检查结果通报

为规范国际学生公寓安全管理,营造安全、整洁、舒适的居住环境。12月16日上午,成人网站 学工办对国际学生公寓进行了安全卫生大检查。

In order to standardise the safety management of international student and create a safe, clean and comfortable living environment, the Office of Student Affairs of CIE conducted a safety and hygiene inspection of international students’ dormitory in the morning of 16th December.

温馨提示 Warm tips

电热毯、暖风机、电热水袋、电吹风等取暖设备在使用过程中存在着严重的安全隐患,容易引发火灾或触电事故,因此严禁在宿舍使用。

Electric blankets, heaters, electric hot water bags, hairdryers and other heating equipment in the use of the process of serious safety hazards, easy to cause fire or electric shock accidents, so it is strictly prohibited to use in the dormitory.

保暖小妙招 Warm tips

1.适当增加衣物秋冬穿衣应遵循多层原则,内层穿轻薄透气的衣物,中层穿保暖性极强的衣物,外层穿防风防水的衣物。

Appropriate increase in clothing autumn and winter clothing should follow the principle of multi-layer, the inner layer of light and breathable clothing, the middle layer of extremely warm clothing, the outer layer of windproof and waterproof clothing.

2.加强运动锻炼坚持散步、慢跑、打羽毛球等运动锻炼,有助于提高身体抗寒能力和免疫力。

3.适当热水泡脚睡前适当使用热水泡脚,有助于促进血液循环,提高睡眠质量。

4.保持合理饮食冬季可以多吃富含高蛋白质和丰富维生素的食物,如肉类、蛋类、蔬菜、水果等,有助于增强身体的抗寒能力。
